Life's too short to be wondering what could have been. Let's have a chat and I can give you a personal introduction about me and the e-course.
Things like benefits and stability simply aren't the main motivation for a lot of people. Instead, the purpose is the driving force of this new economy. Important is, to figure out what drives you to become the very best you can be and that will make you want to give 110 percent of yourself. Once you identify your meaning in life you can use it as the success-compass that leads you to your mission.
This coaching package is designed to unpack your thoughts into single pieces to deeply understand the origin of your calling and for what you are actually made for.
We work with a couple of simple and hands-on coaching techniques, like Ikigai, Harada Methode, and more. You will be guided through a series of exercises to first uncover four key areas to uncover the direction to your meaning. By the end of the course, you will see your purpose clearly, and you will be ready to take the next steps with inspiration and confidence.

Tools, videos and the process to discover your individual mission
Some years ago I asked myself: How do I actually find out which door to open? At the same time, in the role as a project manager, I thought about how I could motivate my people in the teams and lead them accordingly. So I took a look at various self development and coaching methods and created my own “decision compass”.
Since then this compass helps me to clear up my circling thoughts and to look for clarity. This serves as a basis for decision making and prioritization and helps me to start my day with my clear missions in mind. And also serves as a reminder on weak days.
At some point I have used this technique with my project teams as well as with friends and found that it not only helps me but also works for others. This was the moment when I professionalized as a coach and now I actively live this role.
